We provide FREE SHIPPING on all orders shipping to the United States.
2. Delivery Terms
2.1 Handling Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Our warehouse operates Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays when the warehouse is closed. In these instances, we take steps to minimize shipment delays.
Order Cut-Off Time: 6:00 PM PST every business day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM PST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2.2 Transit Time
Transit time generally takes 10–15 business days, depending on your location. Including processing and shipping time, total delivery time may take 11–18 business days.
2.3 Change of Delivery Address
We can only change the delivery address before the order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, address changes cannot be made.
2.4 P.O. Box Shipping
CarGearDirect does not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
2.5 Military Address Shipping
CarGearDirect does not ship to military addresses.
2.6 Items Out of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the unavailable item(s) and dispatch the remaining items in your order.
